As a Specialist Pharmacist - Paediatric Haematology/Oncology, you will contribute to the development and delivery of clinical pharmacy services in the face of emerging challenges, including clinical trials and paediatric chemotherapy electronic prescribing and administration systems.
Key Responsibilities- Contribute to the development and delivery of clinical pharmacy services in paediatric haematology and oncology
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the safe delivery of systemic-anticancer therapy
- Provide expert advice and guidance on medication management and treatment options
- Participate in clinical trials and research studies to improve patient outcomes
- Master of Pharmacy degree or equivalent
- Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)
- Experience working in a patient-focused environment using knowledge and skills to improve patient care and promote optimal outcomes from medicines
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
