We are seeking a skilled Receptionist to support our company, Huntress, in Borehamwood. This is a temporary position that may extend beyond the initial two-week period.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Receptionist or Administrator, but strong communication skills are essential. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and staff, and will be responsible for maintaining workplace security, answering phones, and assisting with administrative duties.
Key responsibilities include:
- Greeting visitors and staff with a positive and professional attitude
- Issuing, checking, and collecting badges to maintain workplace security
- Answering phones in a professional manner and responding to inquiries
- Scheduling meeting rooms and assisting with refreshments as needed
- Providing administrative support as required
To be considered, you must have a positive and adaptable approach to duties, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Please note that you should only apply if you can begin work immediately and have relevant Reception experience.
