AccorHotel is seeking a skilled Maintenance Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the implementation of best practice maintenance vision, strategy, policies, processes, and procedures to improve operational performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure quality of FF&E and plant equipment.
  • Control invoices and external providers' costs.
  • Cover shifts as required, including duty manager.
  • Contribute to new business initiatives and projects, reviewing and communicating their impact on maintenance activities.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in maintenance and a good understanding of technical features of plumbing, carpentry, and electrical systems.

Previous managerial experience is an asset, but not essential. As a Maintenance Operations Manager at AccorHotel, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our organization.

We offer a competitive salary range of $29,000 to $31,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
