Sofa Supervisor

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supervisor to join our team at Sofa. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of retail staff to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and Manage the Retail Team: Supervise and motivate a team of retail staff to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive a high level of service and that their needs are met.
- Sales and Revenue: Meet and exceed sales targets and increase revenue in store.
- Team Development: Identify and develop the skills and abilities of team members to improve performance and productivity.
- Operational Efficiency: Analyze and improve operational processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Visual Merchandising: Work with the Showroom Manager to implement visual standards and create an attractive and engaging store environment.
- Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities to team members to improve their skills and knowledge.
- Performance Management: Conduct regular checklists and provide constructive feedback to team members to improve performance and productivity.
Requirements:
- Experience: At least 2 years' experience in a retail management role, preferably in the interiors industry.
- Leadership and Management: Proven track record of leadership and management experience, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members and customers.
- Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze problems and develop solutions, with a strong attention to detail.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and good computer skills.
