We are seeking a skilled Café Team Member to join our team at Tesco Partners.

As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that every customer leaves with a positive experience.

Your duties will include:

  • Resolving customer complaints and escalating issues to the Café Manager as necessary.
  • Maintaining high standards of food freshness by adhering to our first-in, first-out (FIFO) stock rotation policy.
  • Ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations and maintaining accurate records.
  • Aiding with deliveries and safely storing food products.
  • Adhering to operational policies and procedures to maintain a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Cleaning and sanitizing tables to maintain a clean café.
  • Maintaining high standards and ensuring all food products are available and served as intended.
  • Providing excellent customer service and ensuring customers receive their orders in a timely manner.

We offer an estimated salary of £20,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
