Job Title: Financial Inclusion SpecialistJob Summary

We are seeking a skilled Financial Inclusion Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our partnership team, you will be responsible for identifying prospective clients and building relationships with them to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Identify and research prospective clients to understand their business needs and goals.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication, meetings, and follow-up activities.
  3. Pitch our services to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits of our innovative technology and insurance solutions.
  4. Manage a pipeline of leads, working closely with the Broking team to ensure timely follow-up and conversion of prospects into clients.
  5. Attend industry events to network with potential clients and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
  6. Monitor and improve operational excellence within the team, ensuring adherence to CRM processes and workstreams.
  7. Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to client requests and issues.
Requirements
  1. 2+ years of sales or customer service experience, preferably in the financial services industry.
  2. Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  3. Dependable, positive, and detail-oriented, with excellent follow-through skills.
  4. Able to deal with stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally.
What We Offer
