Job Role: Regional Soft Services Lead

Location: Greater London / Kent & Sussex

Salaries: From £43,248.75 up to £50,000 including allowances

We are seeking a dedicated Regional Soft Services Lead to join our team at Gov Facility Services Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and safe delivery of facilities maintenance across our operations.

About the Role:

As a Regional Soft Services Lead, you will be responsible for coordinating, motivating, and supporting others in high-pressured environments. You will have experience in soft facilities and facilities management, with well-developed people management skills. You will work alongside experienced and passionate colleagues who are dedicated to making a positive difference.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage diverse teams to deliver facilities maintenance services
  • Develop and implement safe working practices to ensure a secure environment for all
  • Provide excellent communication skills, both verbal and nonverbal, to effectively manage teams and stakeholders
  • Lead by example, demonstrating strong leadership, management, and interpersonal skills
