Our client, a reputable and long-established law firm in Cornwall, seeks a skilled Solicitor or Fee Earner to join their litigation department. This full-time, permanent role offers opportunities for hybrid working and collaboration with the Head of Department and other fee earners.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-value and complex commercial litigation cases, including property claims, title rectification, professional negligence, trusts, insolvency, and general litigation advice. As a key member of the team, you will assist with existing workloads, trial work, and take on your own files. The firm's partnership with a major legal expenses insurance provider ensures a diverse and challenging caseload.

Requirements
  • A strong legal background in litigation law
  • Experience managing a busy, mixed caseload
