We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing Department at Peacocks. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in creating and implementing our Visual Merchandising strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and manage VM layouts and guidelines, supporting the Retail department in driving these guidelines operationally.
  • Plan and create the brand's visual concepts and guidelines for seasonal ranges and shop-in-shops.
  • Develop and manage the creative direction for current and new stores, ensuring all creative work fits with the overarching brand vision.
  • Manage the store portfolio look and feel, including visual merchandising, POS, windows, layouts, standards, and fittings.
  • Develop the creative direction for in-store visual offer, including in-store creative treatments, visual merchandising, and window displays.
  • Overall design and direction for all retail shop fits to ensure the brand continues to move forward.
  • Work closely with the e-commerce and digital marketing teams to ensure one tone of voice across all touchpoints.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of the market, target customer, and brand positioning.
  • Market, commercial, and competitors awareness.
  • Experience of branding, layout, window design, and in-store visual merchandising.
  • Financial and budget control.
  • Visual flair and creative thinking required.
