Job Overview

We are proud to be representing Switch Recruitment Services Ltd in their search for an experienced Group Healthcare / Risk Consultant. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team and service existing client relationships by providing top-notch advice and support.

The ideal candidate will have a background in insurance, healthcare, or employee benefits, with experience in either Group Risk schemes or Healthcare (PMI). You will work closely with clients to identify business opportunities and provide expert guidance on risk-related benefits. The role requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.

Candidates who meet these requirements can expect a competitive salary of around £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a genuine bonus potential and an exceptional benefits package.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain long-term client relationships through quality advice and service
  • Negotiate terms and provision of services across a range of risk-related benefits
  • Present to clients on relevant matters and identify additional business opportunities
  • Oversee production of reports, documents, and communication with clients
