Project Management Office (PMO) Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Project Management Office (PMO) Analyst to join our global PMO team. As a PMO Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting our delivery operation and providing vital input across multiple business areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Financial Analysis & Administration: Establish and maintain accurate project accounts within our PSA Tool, Kantata SX. Prepare comprehensive reports on a monthly and ad hoc basis around actual and forecasted margin, cost, revenue, and effort.
  • Client Audit Support: Actively participate in client audits, providing necessary documentation and assistance.
  • Data Alignment: Ensure consistent data entry and alignment between client and internal systems to maintain data integrity.
Resource Management:
  • Team Allocation: Collaborate with regional leads to strategically assign team members to projects based on their individual skills, experience, and availability.
  • Resource Forecasting: Work closely with regional PMO teams and Delivery Managers to anticipate future resource requirements and ensure adequate capacity.
  • Challenge Resolution: Proactively address and resolve complex resourcing challenges to ensure timely delivery of customer commitments.
Stakeholder Management:
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong working relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, both internal and external.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with stakeholders, balancing diplomacy with assertiveness to address their needs and concerns.
Process Improvement:
  • Process Development: Design and implement innovative processes that align with business objectives and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Continuous Evaluation: Regularly assess existing processes to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous enhancement.
