Job Title: HGV Driver

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a reliable and skilled HGV driver to join our team at The Best Connection. As a Class 1 driver, you will be responsible for transporting livestock from farms across Devon, Cornwall, Wales, and Somerset.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Collect livestock from farms and transport them to their destinations
* Ensure the safe and timely delivery of livestock
* Maintain accurate records of transportation and delivery
* Adhere to company policies and procedures

**Benefits:**

* Competitive hourly rate: £16.64ph PAYE Monday to Friday up to 10.50hrs, £24.96ph PAYE after 10.50hrs Monday to Friday, £24.96ph PAYE Saturdays (guaranteed 10.50hrs), £33.28ph PAYE Sundays (guaranteed 10.50hrs)
* Paid breaks
* Additional overtime rate after 10.50hrs
* MOFFETT training
* Full paid training from day 1
* Movement of Livestock qualification
* Free on-site secure parking
* 33 days Paid Annual Leave 2024 pro-rata for PAYE (inclusive of statutory holiday)

**Shift Patterns:**

* Monday to Friday
* Additional optional Saturday shifts available
* Rotational shifts throughout the day
