Key Responsibilities

  • Loading and unloading vehicles
  • Delivering chilled and ambient loads covering the South West region
  • Providing excellent customer service at delivery points and managing customer delivery expectations
  • Communicating with the transport team for updates on progress
  • Attending regular training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

  • Hold a valid UK HGV Class 1 CE Licence or Class 2 C Licence
  • Current DCPC Card and UK Digital Tachograph Driver Card
  • Experience with fridge trailers is preferred, but full training will be provided
  • Passionate about providing exceptional customer service
  • Ability to work to deadlines and meet targets
  • Confident, polite, and a team player with good geographical knowledge
  • Fitness, flexibility, hard work, and self-motivation are essential for this role
