Clear IT Recruitment Limited is seeking a skilled Legal Cashier to join their team in Bexleyheath, Kent.

This is an excellent opportunity to work with a well-established law firm with a rich history dating back over 125 years.

The role involves:

• Managing emails and phone calls from various offices

• Processing transactions on SOS accounting software

• Handling client receipts and updating ledgers

• Processing client bills, credit notes, and write-offs

• Processing client to office payment transfers

• Processing client payments

• Authorizing payments via online banking portal

• Taking card payments from clients

• Preparing daily bank reconciliations as required

• Performing various other duties as needed

The Ideal Candidate:

• Possesses some legal cashier experience

• Has knowledge of SOS accounting software or similar

• Is numerate

• Displays a courteous and co-operative attitude

• Can remain calm under pressure

• Is able to work in a small team environment

• Has excellent attention to detail

• Possesses Solicitors Accounts Rules knowledge

• Is proficient in Microsoft Office/Excel
