Legal Cashier Office Accountant

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Legal Cashier to join our team at Clear Legal and Financial Recruitment. As a Legal Cashier, you will be responsible for processing financial transactions, managing client accounts, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process financial transactions on our accounting software, including client receipts, bills, and payments
- Manage client accounts, including updating ledgers and reconciliations
- Process client to office payment transfers and input payments via online banking portal
- Take card payments from clients and prepare daily bank reconciliations
- Perform various other duties as required, including data entry and record-keeping
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a legal or financial role, preferably with knowledge of SOS accounting software
- Strong numeracy skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a small team environment and remain calm under pressure
- Knowledge of Solicitors Accounts Rules and Microsoft Office/Excel
