As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient running of the store, managing a team of sales associates, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, utilizing your knowledge to help customers find the best products to suit their needs.
  • Resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently, ensuring a positive experience for all customers.
  • Process POS transactions accurately and efficiently, thanking customers for their business.
  • Build loyalty and drive sales through effective use of our loyalty program.
  • Delegate tasks and demonstrate leadership skills to team members, ensuring the smooth operation of the store.
  • Stay up-to-date with commercial aspects of the retail business, analyzing data and making informed decisions.
  • Ensure the store is set to visual guidelines, contributing to company standards through product presentation, replenishment, and store housekeeping.
  • Safeguard the business by ensuring full compliance with policy, procedure, loss prevention, and health & safety.
Requirements
  • Proven ability to successfully lead a team and demonstrate leadership skills.
  • Experience in a customer service environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Proven experience with POS management, daily banking procedures, and meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Collaborative and positive attitude, with a can-do approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work productively in a high-pressure environment, quickly learning new tasks and committing information to memory.
  • Team player with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
