About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Associate to join our Power, Utilities & Infrastructure Corporate Finance team in London. As an Associate, you will be responsible for assisting in the origination and execution of corporate finance deals across the power, utilities, and infrastructure sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the origination and execution of corporate finance deals
  • Conduct financial modeling and valuation
  • Develop transaction structures and assist in deal analysis
  • Supervise and train interns
  • Respond to client enquiries and prepare supporting analyses
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong financial acumen and understanding
  • Advanced financial modeling skills
  • Efficient and resourceful data mining and information research skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel and PowerPoint
