Job OverviewWe are currently seeking an experienced Care Support Professional to join our team as a Female Care Support Worker. The successful candidate will work directly with our clients, providing support and assistance with daily living activities, personal care, and household chores. This role requires a caring and compassionate individual who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and making a positive impact in the lives of others.
Job Description- Provide direct care and support to clients with varying levels of ability, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
- Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Support clients with personal care, including managing medication, using the bathroom, and performing hygiene tasks.
- Help clients with household chores, such as cooking, cleaning, and laundry.
- Engage with clients in activities that promote their well-being, such as hobbies, exercise, and social events.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 6 months experience working in a care setting.
- A Level 2 qualification in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A valid DBS check.
- Competitive salary of £22,500 per annum (pro rata for part-time positions).
