Head of National Events

Salary: £55,000 - £75,000 per annum

We are seeking an experienced Head of National Events to join our team and lead the planning and delivery of our national events. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in event management, including planning, coordination, and delivery of large-scale events.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve high standards. They will also have excellent organisational skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the production, delegate and team experience on-site at any New Wine event.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
  • Manage external consultants and professionals who support with delivery of events.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in event management, including planning, coordination, and delivery of large-scale events.
  • Experience in leading and managing a team, with a track record of developing and motivating staff.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
