About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and methodical nurse to join our team as a Clinical Deputy Manager at Care UK. As a key member of our management team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our care home.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Home Manager in the day-to-day management of the care home
  • Lead and manage a team of nurses and care staff to deliver exceptional patient care
  • Develop and implement effective care plans to meet the needs of our residents
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided and make recommendations for improvement
Requirements
