Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced construction professional with a strong background in managing large-scale capital projects, ideally within the healthcare or public sector.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and delivery of the HHRP main build, managing all technical aspects, and ensuring alignment with national healthcare standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage timelines, resources, and milestones for the construction works, ensuring effective communication between clinical, operational, and design teams.
  • Conduct environmental impact assessments, implementing strategies to minimise the hospital's carbon footprint and ensure sustainable design and construction practices.
  • Build strong working relationships with Trust leadership, architects, contractors, and key external stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and project delivery.
  • Oversight of the budget for the main build, ensuring cost efficiencies and value for money throughout the procurement and construction processes.
