Job Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administration and Events Coordinator to support our Early Careers and STEM outreach teams at Renishaw.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate internal and external events for early careers, including company welcome days and STEM events.
- Support the recruitment team with welcome and induction days for early careers.
- Administrate the Renishaw work experience programmes and manage the STEM ambassador training and coordination.
- Plan, book, and coordinate presentation weeks for Early Careers graduates.
- Liaise with the group communication team to share and celebrate good news and celebration stories.
- Coordinate team building and activity days with external providers.
Requirements:
- A good level of education, including Maths and English subjects.
- Excellent PC skills, with experience of using Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organisational skills to manage high volumes of work, often within tight deadlines.
- A proactive, well-motivated, and confident individual with a 'can-do' attitude.
- A willingness to work out of office hours and occasionally work on other Renishaw sites.
