Job Title: Ultimate Survival Instructor

Join our team of experienced outdoor educators and become an Ultimate Survival Instructor at Ultimate Activity. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, structured outdoor activities and workshops to groups of children aged 7 to 14.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and deliver engaging outdoor activities that promote participation, development, and enjoyment.
  • Lead groups of children through week-long, timetabled courses, emphasizing teamwork, skill development, and fun.
  • Ensure the welfare and safety of children in your care, adhering to all health and safety, and safeguarding procedures.
  • Participate in pre-camp training and ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to the setup and pack down of the Ultimate Survival Camp, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation.
Requirements:
  • Enthusiastic and energetic individual with a passion for working with children and supporting their development through adventurous activities.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with experience in outdoor education and working with children.
  • Strong communication skills and verbal reasoning, with the ability to lead groups and take responsibility.
  • Flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to work in a dynamic and challenging environment.
