We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Night Operations Manager to join our team at Russell Taylor Group Ltd. As a Night Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the night shift operations at one of our client's supermarket retail stores in the North West.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the smooth operation of the night shift, including the management of contractors and tradespeople.
  • Liaise with the day shift site manager to ensure that all planned works are carried out during the evening.
  • Ensure that all health and safety procedures are adhered to, including the completion of inductions and RAMS paperwork.
  • Manage and coordinate the activities of all tradespeople on site, ensuring that deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.

Requirements:

  • SMSTS certification.
  • CSCS Black card (ideally).
  • First Aid certificate.
