About the Position

The successful candidate will require a degree in social work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) and at least 3 years of post-qualifying experience. A valid registration with Social Work England and access to a vehicle are also essential requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To make informed decisions regarding referrals for children, ensuring the correct outcome is achieved for both the child and their family.
  • Working closely with colleagues to achieve optimal outcomes for families.
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports as required.
  • Engaging with stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
