We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team at Phoenix Learning & Care Group. As a Senior Specialist Occupational Therapist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our occupational therapy services and making a significant impact on the lives of children and young adults with neurodiverse needs.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct assessments and create personalized therapy programs tailored to each pupil's unique needs
- Work collaboratively with our integrated therapy team to deliver the highest standard of care and support to our pupils
- Identify and address the strengths and challenges faced by pupils in their daily lives
- Design and deliver specific training and mentoring for colleagues to further develop the Occupational Therapy offering within our specialist college
- A recognized post-graduate qualification in Occupational Therapy
- An essential qualification in Sensory Integration and Processing
- HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist with RCOT Membership
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft packages like Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams
- A full driving licence
