About the Role

The Calico Group is seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning and Treasury Manager to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our business planning and treasury strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and review our 30-year business plan, ensuring alignment with our strategic objectives.
  • Manage our treasury strategy, including cash flow forecasting, banking arrangements, and regulatory compliance.
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decision-making.
  • Lead the preparation of our statutory accounts and regulatory returns.
  • Collaborate with our business teams to develop and implement financial planning and budgeting processes.
Requirements
  • Qualified Accountant with experience in treasury management and financial planning.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to model and stress test financial data.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teams.
  • Experience with BRIXX business planning software is desirable.
