Our team members are the first point of contact for major mortgage lenders, brokers, customers, and third parties, requiring excellent customer service, problem-solving, and query resolution skills.

About the Role

You will be responsible for managing 60 inbound calls per day, ensuring prompt issue resolution within Service Level Agreements (SLAs). This involves working closely with Caseworkers to achieve objectives, accurately administering client details using case management systems, and responding to online customer enquiries via email.

Key responsibilities include assisting borrowers and callers with various enquiries regarding their remortgage application, taking ownership of issues to resolve within SLAs, and working on back-office processes to deliver our services.

Estimated salary: £20,000 - £25,000 per annum depending on location and experience.
