This role will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring Digital Platform Uptime: Support and manage the day-to-day operations of the digital experience, ensuring that all digital platforms are functioning optimally and meeting customer expectations.
  • Issue Resolution: Act as the first point of contact for any operational issues, troubleshooting problems, and implementing solutions quickly and effectively.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor digital platforms for performance metrics, identifying any issues or potential drops in service quality.
  • Alerting Systems: Set up and manage alerting systems to ensure that any drops in performance are flagged and addressed promptly.
  • Supplier Management: Manage relationships with key third-party suppliers, ensuring they contribute positively to the digital experience.
  • Issue Coordination: Coordinate with suppliers to address and resolve any issues that impact the performance or reliability of the digital platforms.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong Digital Operations Experience: Strong experience in digital operations or digital product management, with a strong understanding of digital platforms, eCommerce, and customer experience management.
  • Monitoring Tools Proficiency: Proficiency in monitoring tools and systems for digital platforms.
  • Problem Management Skills: Excellent problem management skills, and strong experience managing third-party suppliers or vendors.
