About the Role

We're looking for someone who is passionate about fragrance and has a keen eye for detail. As a Fragrance Expert, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, creating personalized fragrance experiences, and driving sales through expert product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized fragrance consultations to customers
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Jo Malone London's fragrance portfolio
  • Drive sales through expert product knowledge and recommendations
  • Work collaboratively with the retail team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service

Qualifications and Requirements
