About the Role

We're looking for someone who is passionate about fragrance and has a keen eye for detail. As a Fragrance Expert, you'll be responsible for creating a unique and inspirational in-store experience for our customers, showcasing our luxurious scents and products in a way that's both educational and engaging.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and offering advice on our fragrances and products
  • Develop and maintain a deep knowledge of our fragrances and products, staying up-to-date on the latest trends and releases
  • Work closely with our customers to create personalized fragrance experiences, using our Fragrance Combining technique to help them find their perfect scent
  • Contribute to the creation of engaging in-store experiences, including events and promotions
  • Collaborate with our team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
