Information Security Manager

We are seeking an experienced Information Security Manager to lead our Data Governance and Information Security team. As a key member of our IT leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing security strategies to protect our business and customer data.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of security professionals to ensure the effective implementation of security policies and procedures.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including IT, business leaders, and external partners.
- Collaborate with the Chief Information Security Officer to develop and implement security strategies and policies.
- Ensure compliance with relevant security standards and regulations, including NIST and PCI-DSS.
- Provide subject matter expertise on security technologies and architectures, including containerization, logging, and monitoring.
- Develop and deliver training programs to ensure security awareness and best practices across the organization.
- Manage and mitigate security risks, including incident response and crisis management.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging security threats and technologies, and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Proven experience in a security leadership role, with a strong track record of developing and implementing security strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong technical knowledge of security technologies and architectures, including containerization, logging, and monitoring.
- Experience with security frameworks and standards, including NIST and PCI-DSS.
- Ability to analyze complex security issues and develop effective solutions.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of security professionals.
