We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Lead to join our team at Meridian Business Support Limited. As a Clinical Lead, you will play a key part in developing and delivering our hospital strategy, providing operational and clinical leadership to the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership: Develop and deliver the hospital strategy, providing operational and clinical leadership to the team.
- Deputise for Hospital Director: Take on responsibilities in the absence of the Hospital Director.
- Clinical Governance: Oversee the performance and governance of all clinical departments.
Staff Management:
- Ward Management: Manage the ward and resources effectively, ensuring appropriate staffing levels and skill mix of nursing experience and skills.
- Staffing and Rota Management: Review staffing on a daily basis, ensuring compliance against the staffing ladders and reviewing trends, under or over staffing and putting in place actions to remedy.
Requirements:
- Currently hold a full clean driving licence.
- Been qualified for 3 years.
About the Role:
This is a 14 bedded, specialist eating disorder service for mixed gender adults. The post holder will work closely with the Hospital Director and the full MDT team, including a Ward Manager and Deputy Ward Manager, to ensure the highest level of patient care is provided to all patients.
