Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven PPC/Digital Marketing Manager with a passion for the fitness industry. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and managing paid marketing campaigns for our fitness business clients, ensuring a smooth client onboarding process, and overseeing a team of 4 digital marketers.

Campaign Management

Set up and manage new Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns, tailored to each client's needs, ensuring high ROI and lead generation.

Team Leadership

Lead, mentor, and support a team of 4 digital marketers, providing guidance and troubleshooting when necessary.

Pixel Implementation

Set up, manage, and troubleshoot pixels for accurate tracking and reporting of campaign performance.

Performance Analysis

Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to improve results and meet client KPIs.

Collaboration

Work closely with the wider team to ensure consistency and effectiveness across all marketing efforts.

Key Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience managing PPC campaigns, specifically on Facebook and Instagram.
  • Proven experience managing a team of digital marketers.
  • Strong understanding of paid advertising strategies, landing page creation, and lead generation tactics.
  • Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions to improve campaign performance.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
