Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement a robust digital marketing strategy for B2C channels, including Emails, Instagram, and Facebook.
  2. Plan and execute daily social media activities to engage with the target audience.
  3. Manage the creation, testing, scheduling, and deployment of all email marketing campaigns.
  4. Collaborate with the Digital Design team to create content that aligns with the brand guide and commercial focus.
  5. Stay up-to-date with trade focus and product launches to inform marketing strategies.
  6. Assist in planning and executing the digital marketing calendar.
  7. Provide weekly and monthly performance reports and recommendations for future opportunities and learnings.
  8. Respond to customer queries online across all social channels and liaise with the Customer Service team to resolve issues.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 2-3 years' experience in digital marketing in a commercial environment, specifically Instagram, Facebook, and Email marketing.
  2. Knowledge of Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and Mailchimp / Mapp.
  3. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and a systematic approach to testing functionality and performance.
  4. Excellent organisational skills, including prioritising and multi-tasking.
  5. Excellent team player with a willingness to learn and acquire new skills.
