Job Title: Gas Trainer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Gas Trainer to join our team at British Gas. As a Gas Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering technical training to our engineers, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver training programs for gas engineers, including mandatory training, reaccreditation, apprenticeships, and technical learning programs.
  • Develop and maintain training materials, including presentations, handouts, and assessments.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to engineers to help them improve their skills and performance.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure training programs align with business objectives and industry standards.
  • Conduct regular evaluations to assess the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in training and development, preferably in the gas industry.
  • Strong knowledge of gas engineering principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
