Job Title: Electrical Trainer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Trainer to join our team at British Gas.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering technical training to our engineers, including mandatory training, reaccreditation, apprenticeships, technical learning programmes, and inductions and soft skills training.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical training and development, with the ability to design and deliver engaging and effective training programmes.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and delivering training content to meet the needs of our engineers
  • Providing technical support and guidance to our training team
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure training programmes are aligned with business objectives
  • Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of training programmes
