Pallet Repairer Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Pallet Repairer to join our team in Sywell, Northampton. As a Pallet Repairer, you will be responsible for restoring damaged LPR pallets to meet LPR specifications and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manual pallet sort and restore, including the use of power tools
  • Automated pallet sort using specially designed equipment to reduce manual handling
  • Operating MHE inside the warehouse, including feeding machinery and repair benches
  • Loading and unloading pallets from trailers
  • Responsible for achieving production deadlines and targets

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role is required
  • Ability to work with power tools and operate MHE
  • Physical stamina to handle heavy lifting
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including days and nights
