We are seeking a skilled Pallet Repair Specialist to join our team at Challenge-TRG Recruitment Careers. As a Pallet Repair Specialist, you will be responsible for restoring damaged LPR pallets to meet LPR specifications and quality standards.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Manual pallet sort and restore, utilizing power tools as needed
  • Operating MHE inside the warehouse, feeding machinery and repair benches or manual sort line and put-away OK pallets in the correct location
  • Loading and unloading pallets from trailers
  • Responsible for achieving production deadlines and targets

As a Pallet Repair Specialist, you must enjoy physical work and be able to handle heavy lifting. Your pay rate will be £13.52 per hour for the first 12 weeks, increasing to £14.06 per hour after 12 weeks. Overtime rates range from £16.06 to £21.42 per hour, and you will receive a £30 bonus for attendance and performance.

Typical hours for this role include 2/4 on days, with a shift pattern of 4 ON 4 OFF. If you are a motivated and skilled individual looking for a challenging role, we encourage you to apply for this position.
