Financial Markets Regulatory Change Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Markets Regulatory Change Specialist to join our Capital Markets team. In this role, you will work closely with clients to navigate and deliver against key regulatory objectives.
As a specialist in the capital markets domain, you will have front-to-back knowledge of organisations, including Front Office, Middle Office, Risk - Operations/Market/Credit, Operations, Technology, Finance, and Compliance. You will also have expertise in OTC derivatives, Fixed Income, and Equities.
You will be responsible for shaping and delivering significant programmes, including regulatory-driven change, operating model analysis and design to support functional consolidation and integration, and architecture simplification. You will also have experience working within or driving multiple, diverse and complex client programmes, with accountability for managing deliverables and/or resources/teams.

- Expertise in the capital markets domain with front-to-back knowledge of organisations
- Strong problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset
- Demonstrable expertise in building and leveraging relationships
- The ability to present to a wide range of stakeholders from AVP to senior MDs
- A self-starter and strong team player with strong interpersonal & written communication skills

Salary Information
We estimate the salary for this role to be £80,000-£110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
