About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Sales Progressor to join our team at Deverellsmith, a leading London new homes developer. This is a temporary opportunity to cover a maternity leave, with the possibility of becoming a permanent role for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with legal teams and site sales teams to ensure compliance with changes to drawings that may impact on purchasers.
  • Ensure all regulatory requirements, including anti-money laundering documents and certificates, are met in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Liaise with Customer Relations regarding extension requests and deposits.
  • Ensure all staged payments are received on time.
  • Conduct due diligence checks once advance payments are received.

Requirements

  • Experience in sales progression within the property sector, particularly with new homes.
  • Knowledge of legal conveyancing processes.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft packages, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work independently, effectively managing all stakeholders and demonstrating effective diary management.

What We Offer

This is a contract role with a basic salary of up to £40,000, plus on-target earnings of £41,000 - £43,000 per annum. The ideal candidate will be available to start immediately and will be working Monday to Friday, with a regular working week.
