About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team at Search. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for growing our business within a region through nurturing existing client relationships and maximizing opportunities with them.

Key Responsibilities
  • Creating excellent relationships with your client base, including businesses of different sizes
  • Growing your existing business through upselling and referrals
  • Achieving monthly targets and KPIs
  • Upselling all additional products to each customer while providing a 5-star service
  • Ensuring updates are reflected in systems and conversations
  • Working with other departments to provide excellent customer service
  • Processing orders and following up with customers
Requirements
  • Telephone-based sales experience
  • Experience working towards targets and KPIs
  • Able to remain resilient to achieve desired outcomes
  • Full UK driving license (due to the location of the business, you will need to drive)
  • Ability to work with colleagues to achieve common goals
  • Able to demonstrate how you have built and nurtured previous relationships
