Maintenance Operations Manager

About the Role:
ITP (International Talent Partnership) is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Maintenance Manager to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of our manufacturing equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the maintenance department, ensuring all equipment is maintained to the highest standards to minimize downtime.
- Develop and implement maintenance strategies, including preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
- Lead a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training, and support to enhance their skills and performance.
- Conduct regular inspections of machinery and equipment to identify issues and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with production teams to schedule maintenance activities with minimal disruption to operations.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inventory, and equipment performance metrics.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and promote a culture of safety within the maintenance team.
- Manage the maintenance budget, including forecasting and controlling costs related to repairs, parts, and labor.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in maintenance practices and technologies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in a maintenance management role within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of electrical processes, systems, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Proficient in using maintenance management software and tools.
