Job Title: Cloud Infrastructure Technical Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Infrastructure Technical Analyst to join our team at CV-Library. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for ensuring the availability, reliability, and maintenance of our cloud infrastructure services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support and maintain our cloud environment to ensure optimal performance and availability.
  • Provide technical assurance for our AWS tenant and ensure compliance with best practices.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot cloud-related issues to resolve them efficiently.
  • Develop and implement maintenance policies for IT services to ensure alignment with vendor roadmaps.
  • Collaborate with the Technical Strategy and Solution Delivery functions to design and implement scalable software services.
Requirements:
  • Minimum AWS Associate level qualification, Professional preferred.
  • Extensive experience in IT, with strong experience in a second/ third line support role in medium to large company.
  • A solid understanding of DevOps in a cloud environment.
  • ITIL Foundation (minimum).
  • Experience with agile development methodologies, including SAFe framework.
