About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior or Principal Town Planner to join our dynamic team in Cheltenham. As a key member of our planning team, you will work on diverse regional projects, with a strong focus on Surrey, including housebuilder and major commercial developments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement planning strategies for regional projects
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes
  • Provide expert planning advice to clients and internal teams
  • Contribute to the development of planning policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Chartered Town Planner qualification
  • Extensive experience at Senior Planner level
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects
