We are seeking a highly skilled Building Inspector to join our team at Service Care Solutions - Construction. As a Building Inspector, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that buildings meet the required safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a portfolio of construction development sites, including non-domestic low-risk schemes.
- Provide accurate information, advice, and professional support to businesses and/or individuals.
- Liaise with external agencies, stakeholders, and statutory undertakers to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Contribute to a strong, efficient, and effective performance culture with a focus on service excellence.
- Registered Building Inspector status at either Class 2a (Domestic); 2b (General) or 3 (Specialist).
- Considerable experience in Building Control, either in the public or private sector.
- Comprehensive understanding of key legislation related to Building Control, including the Building Act, the Building Safety Act, and the Building Regulations.
We offer a competitive hourly rate of between £35 p/h - £65 p/h Umbrella Ltd. (approx. £30 p/h - £50 p/h PAYE).
