Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Town Planning Director to join our client's team in Manchester, who can bring a wealth of expertise in Planning and infrastructure delivery to this exciting opportunity.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in Planning and experience in directing and delivering large-scale infrastructure and development projects, with excellent business and people skills.

Requirements:

  1. A degree or postgraduate qualification in Town and Country Planning (RTPI accredited) with Chartered membership of RTPI.
  2. A sound, in-depth knowledge of planning law and procedures & sound commercial awareness.
  3. Excellent collaboration skills and proven experience of building successful relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  4. An extensive professional network and high profile within the industry.

Salary and Benefits:

This rewarding opportunity comes with a competitive basic salary of £90,000 - £110,000 per annum, plus an impressive accompanying benefits package.
