Job Description
As a Care Assistant at Barchester Healthcare, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our residents. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing daily living assistance, such as personal care, dressing, and grooming
• Engaging with residents through activities, conversation, and social events
• Managing medications and administering treatments as required
• Maintaining accurate records and reporting any concerns or issues to senior staff

We're looking for someone who is empathetic, compassionate, and able to work effectively as part of a team. A background in care or experience working with older adults is desirable, but not essential – what matters most is your willingness to learn and grow with us.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:

• Experience working with older adults (desirable)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Flexibility and reliability
• Basic IT skills and ability to use electronic records systems
