About You: To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should be able to build strong relationships with residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals. A compassionate and empathetic approach is essential, along with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in caring for older adults is highly desirable.
