Elite Live-In Care is a national provider of live-in care, and we are seeking a highly experienced Community Care Director to join our team.
Job Description:
We are looking for a senior leader with experience in a care setting to lead our community care team. As a Community Care Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of exceptional care to our service users, leading a team of care workers, and maintaining good relationships with care workers, service users, stakeholders, and the office team.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
This role requires significant experience in a care setting, preferably with experience compiling care plans and risk assessments. You should have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A driving license and use of a vehicle are essential for this role.
